Work your way up through these three levels of classes, your fitness will increase as you go, allowing you to do harder and stronger workouts, pushing you towards your ideal fitness and body goals -
LEVEL 1. Low Impact 'RhiFIT LOW IMPACT'
Perfect for beginners. this low intensity class with routines carefully created for those getting back into exercise, those recovering from injuries or sensitive to higher impact exercise. You will build your strength and flexibility leaving you feeling refreshed and revived.
LEVEL 2. 'RhiFIT BLITZ'
Higher impact, giving you a sweaty and fun class so you burn a ton of calories and decreasing your body fat %. They include a mix of Dance steps and choreography with fitness elements.
LEVEL 3. RhiFIT SUPER BLITZ'
High impact. these classes are designed to give you a high cardio blast and get you into the fat burning section of the workout. The choreography includes dance steps, but are more on the fitness side, ensuring you are getting a super high energy workout helping you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. You will really see a benefit to your health and fitness levels after each class.
TECHNIQUE & TONING
These classes teach you the basic steps and technique for the choreography, so that you can master steps such as salsa, Tango, Cha cha along with all the choreography combinations. This is to help you with co ordination, technique, to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from the workouts, and reduce the risk any injuries.
These are targeted workouts for specific areas you may want some extra attention on such as stomach, glutes ,thighs and arm exercises that can be used in isolation to the full classes. They are concentrated isolated exercises so you can really tone up those specific areas.
