I am a wife to Luke, and a mum to Leo age 5 and Skye age 3.

 

I am a dance, fitness and health specialist. I help women increase their fitness and health levels, tone up muscles, lose weight, increase flexibility and strength so that they can enjoy life with more confidence and energy. 

In the RhiFIT space you'll find motivation, fresh inspiration, and positive energy to transform your day to day life from unhealthy habits to well and thriving. I want you to look in the mirror each morning and love what you see. I want you to feel like you have the confidence to wear shorts in the summer. I want you to be able to run up the stairs without getting out of breath.

One of my favorite things to do is turn on my camera and film a workout just for you. I imagine the things that will inspire you, the music that you love, the dance steps that will keep you wanting more and the exercise that will push you just enough to give your body what it needs.

Living a healthy life doesn't have to be so difficult all the time. My mission is to take you from "I hate my body" to "I love what my body can do!"

 

My online fitness services are the result of over ten years experience working with hundreds of women as a professional dancer, dance teacher and Fitness Coach. I've used these interactions to inform and shape the RhiFIT membership to what it is today. I KNOW what women want out of a fitness membership, and I use this to not only create amazing physical transformations, but also to increase overall well being, and day to day sustainable healthy habits.

These important habits allow those in the RhiFIT membership not only to achieve their ideal body, but to also take on a healthy energy and confidence, allowing  their daily life to be infiltrated by motivation and healthy decisions.

1. Establish your healthy lifestyle

We start here. RhiFIT has two main objectives. The first is to achieve REAL results on a short time scale, typically around 8 – 24 weeks. This means you will be doing a fitness class every day for 4-5 days a week and eating using the  80/20 idea.  80% nutrient rich food, and 20% food that just gives you joy. This will get you to the place where you are losing inches off your waist, hips and thighs, and give you that boost of energy. We create healthy habits together you can actually stick to. The other focus is on your health in ten years from now, improving your overall health and well-being and creating long term healthy habits. 

2. Be happy with your body

As women we go through A LOT of change with our bodies. After having a baby, or after the menopause for example, our bodies will change, and maybe not the way we want them to, but we CAN get to our bodies to our optimum physique.  

 

I found a secret- a way out of survival mode and desperation once and for all.  This is what i love helping women with.  I also know that being in great shape and feeling fit helps to increase overall self confidence and get rid of a lot of negative self talk that can be unproductive over many areas of your life.  It is not only the physical side (losing weight, toning up etc) but changing your views and mindset towards your body. This mindset shift will encourage you to treat your body with respect, eating nourishing food and exercising. 

3. Fuel your motivation

Having a great body and body image and maintaining optimal health is an amazing achievement in life. It’s also a great starting point for sitting down and deciding exactly what you would like to achieve overall, in terms of career, family, goals, creative projects and building a fulfilling lifestyle. You’ll be feeling so good using RhiFIT classes that you may be surprised how creative you feel and just how much energy you have to spark those long held goals and dreams into action.

A huge part of reaching your goals is your motivation to do so. I know that you want to be inspired to make POSITIVE CHANGES and in order to do that, you need an encouraging community and an empowering workout. Our online RhiFIT community is a support network which will boost your motivation, and keep you on track. Exercise should change MORE than your body, which is why RhiFIT is a powerful, positive program  that changes you from the inside out. 

Before I joined RhiFIT, I had started a weight loss journey. It was going ok but I was just running and struggling to keep motivated so the weight loss had slowed.

My friend told me about RhiFIT and it sounded like my cuppa tea! I joined and loved the positive friendly atmosphere. The workouts are fab, I love how Rhian shows you how to make them harder or easier to push yourself at your own level. I love the choice of workouts and mixing them to make exercise fit into my day which is tricky when working and juggling being a mum!
I especially love the challenges and love seeing the progress I can make with a short exercise that's easily squeezed into my day.

Since joining RhiFIT, I have lost more weight, toned in areas and dropped two dress sizes (I even rediscovered my waist!!). I feel stronger, happier, more relaxed and more determined than ever before. I have found the positivity of the group has even helped me go out for a run when I don't really fancy it.

It's been a very wonderful journey and I can't thank Rhian and the RhiFIT girl gang enough for how much they have helped me progress and stay positive. Can't wait to see how I will progress for the next year!
