Streaming RhiFIT Website content to your TV

To view content from this website on your tv there are several options to turn to. The most straight forward is if you already have a compatible smart TV and your mobile phone is capable of screen mirroring - which most modern smart phones should be able to do.
The second easy option is to connect a laptop that you may have directly to your tv through an HDMI cable. The tv will then show exactly what is on your laptop screen and you can control the content in the usual way.

If you phone is not directly compatible with your TV, and the laptop option above does not suit then there are several other options to consider set our below.

- Step 1: Plug in your Chromecast device

Plug Chromecast into your TV, then connect the USB power cable to your Chromecast.Plug either the other end of the USB power cable into an open USB port on your TV OR into the included power adaptor, which you will then plug into a power socket.
Note: Only use the provided AC adaptor.

- Step 2: Connect your Chromecast device

Double check that the Chromecast and the mobile device or tablet with which you are using to set up Chromecast are both on the same Wi-Fi network.
