I was at least a stone and a half heavier than I am now.

I had a love/hate relationship with my body then. I loved the way I had created a beautiful healthy baby, but I didn't feel like "me" any more. It wasn't even the weight I gained. I didn't fit into any of my pre baby clothes (side note, still don't! I completely changed shape!) and I was tired, felt frumpy, bumpy and lumpy!

I made a plan, and in came consistency. I wrote some cheesy inspiring quotes and stuck them in the fridge. It was a struggle at first, and I "failed" a LOT. But I was determined. I have danced since I was 2, but I had never used the practice of dance as such an escape, such a coping tool, such a thing for building a healthy body as I started to do post partum. I started building up healthy habits, building Dance and exercise into my daily life and making healthier choices when it came to what I put on our plates.

Then slowly, my body got stronger, healthier and I lost a good few inches. But the most IMPORTANT thing was, that I felt like ME again. I felt confident, and I felt mentally stronger, like I could cope with the things life was throwing at me again.

So if this is how you felt, or you FEEL right now, don't give up. Remember, small steps. There is no super fast fix, and all that claim that they have found one are lying! That's not how our bodies work. They need consistency, and HEALTHY HABITS.

It's not how other people see you, but how you see yourself in the mirror, and how you are going increase the positive feeling and reduce the negatives.

Dancing has a cardio edge that actually can't be achieved by other low-impact exercises. It can improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, strengthen bones and muscles and ward off illness. These classes are suitable for beginners, those with injuries and post partum, or those that just prefer a lower impact version of exercise.

Super Blitz classes are made up of High-impact exercises which are great for cardiovascular conditioning. The intensity of high-impact sessions quickly gets your heart rate up, making them a good option for if you are looking to efficiently burn calories.

STEP 4: STRENGTH & TONE

These workouts promote muscle strength, and support fat loss. Muscle toning exercises, especially when combined with the heart and strength exercises of the other workouts, can help improve mental health. Studies have shown that people who train regularly have more energy, reduced stress levels and greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

Q: Is this program suitable for complete beginners?

A: Yes, the membership is made for women who have never danced before or who are starting out in fitness. I will teach you step by step, with the correct technique, so that you feel the maximum benefit. 

Q:  Is this program suitable for me if I'm not a beginner?

A: Of course! This membership is made in a progressive way, so that you can move up the levels from basic to intermediate steps, movements and exercises. 

Q:  Is this membership suitable for all ages?

A: yes! You are never too young or too old to start something that will improve the quality of your life, and, most importantly, that will bring you bursts of happiness!.

Q: Do I need any equipment?

A: Only your trainers and a soft surface such as a mat/towel/carpet for floor exercises. There are some weighted toning workouts, but you can easily use things you already have around the house. yes, the whole program is equipment free. I wanted to make something that you can take with you and practice anytime, anywhere.

Q: How is the content delivered?

A: It's all on demand videos on the website you can use immediately after you sign up! You will have access to the Members Area with the video classes, downloads, bonuses, exercises and all the materials. You can use these anytime, anywhere! 

Q: I don't have hours to spend on exercise, how much time will it take?

A: As a busy mum myself, I get you. One of the best things about this program is that it will take you only about 15-20 minutes a day to complete a workout. But if you feel that you have more time to spare, you can easily double that time and workout and enjoy more! There are workouts up to an hour long, or combine some to get a varied session.

I have officially lost over two stone since I signed up a couple of months ago.it’s a result of the dancing- so I wanted to say thank you! I’m fitter than I have been in a long time. Also, by making squats fun my amazing dislocating knee is so much stronger that I have bought myself a new pair of heels to celebrate the weight loss. I’ve got nowhere to wear them in lock down but they look fab. Thanks again!
