I'm here to help you build healthy habits. I give you real, honest advice on how to gain a healthy relationship with your body. I'm going to give you short positive dance fitness workouts, that you can easily fit into your day, and I'm going to give you everything you need to improve your lifestyle for the better.

RhiFIT classes are a positive fitness experience. These classes wil make sweat, burn fat, and your muscles will tone with the specific exercising I have designed for you.
I know you are busy, so the Pre recorded on demand classes are around 30 minutes long so you can fit them easily into your day. as well as there are LIVE classes in 3 levels so you will have something to suit you whatever your level/age/ability.

LEVEL 2 Blitz
LEVEL 3 Super Blitz
Plus guest instructors, and targeted workouts.
These classes will let you celebrate your body for what it can do, helping you create and build healthy habits, which will lead to a sustainable lifestyle.
I've made it my mission to bring women together to join a revolutionary movement. We take our bodies for granted, and we punish ourselves with our food choices and how we workout so we can be validated and accepted by others.
